Authentic Mexican Seafood and Sports Bar Now Open!
On Friday, October 25, Vida Mariscos celebrated the grand opening of its newest location at 210 Osprey Drive inside Flyway. Amid a 2.11-acre tract along the Gulf Freeway, the 13,000-square-foot Mexican seafood and sports bar is the third venue to open in Flyway. The new venue is an exciting destination for authentic Mexican seafood and perfectly aligns with Flyway’s mission to fuse the indoors with the outdoors.
The restaurant is the latest venture by Sergio Cabrera, who has spent the last 30 years building a remarkable restaurant empire—Cabrera Brothers Restaurant Group. In addition to three Vida Mariscos locations, the restaurant group owns and operates several Los Cucos Mexican Cafe and Gauchos Do Sul locations, which are widely celebrated for bold flavors and memorable dining experiences. Vida Mariscos continues this tradition, offering a vibrant menu that features fresh Mexican seafood dishes like oysters and ceviche, complemented by an impressive bar menu with craft cocktails, including favorites like margaritas, sangria, mojitos, and Palomas.
Throughout the restaurant’s bar and dining areas, numerous TVs are strategically placed, providing the perfect setup for sports enthusiasts to watch their favorite teams. Additionally, a stage near the bar will host regular live music performances. The expansive venue boasts a large indoor bar, private party room, and expansive indoor and outdoor seating—with a spacious patio that overlooks the ever-evolving, action-packed Flyway landscape.
