In December 2025, VENU Holding Corporation signed a Letter of Intent with the City of Webster to bring Sunset Amphitheater Houston to Flyway. The 12,500-capacity, multi-season venue will feature a dramatic canopy roof, wind walls, and state-of-the-art audio-visual systems.
Projected to generate more than $3.7 billion in economic impact and over 400 jobs in its first 20 years, Sunset Amphitheater Houston further strengthens Flyway’s role as a premier super-regional entertainment destination.
